formal drawings, (if

priority document

rights are to be
claimed.
5- For patent of
importation, a
certified copy of
the letters patent *

importation is based
on a foreign or PCT
granted patent and
is valid for the
remaining life of
the foreign patent.

Consulate of Iran.
2- Deed of
Assignment,
notarized and
legalized up to the
Consulate of Iran.
3- The original
Letters Patent for
endorsement.

Change of
Name/Address:
1- Power of Attorney
in the new
name/address,
legalized up to the
Consulate of Iran.
2- Certificate
proving the change
of name/address,
duly legalized up to
the Consulate of
Iran.
3- The original
Letters Patent for
endorsement.
Requirements for
License Agreement:
1- License Agreement
signed by both
parties, notarized
and legalized by the
consulate of Iran.
2- Power of attorney
from the Licenser
and Licensee,
notarized and
legalized up to the
Consulate of Iran.
3- Valid Iranian
Letters Patent or
renewal certificate
for endorsement.
